About the role
Responsibilities
- Monitor transit units in real-time and provide status reports to the operations team
- Verify, validate, and document all detected security or operational alerts
- Execute established risk protocols and document all feedback received or provided
- Manage the escalation process for alerts and high-risk travel situations
- Complete and review risk prevention checklists during shift changes
- Monitor service hours via SIP/SIP 360 and operational logs to prevent travel limit violations
- Maintain direct communication with operators via call or message to handle emergencies, mechanical failures, or potential risks
Requirements
- Age 24 years or older
- High school diploma, technical degree, or bachelor's degree
- Fluency in Spanish
- 1 year of experience in a similar monitoring or security role is preferred
