Responsibilities

• Set up operations following company guidelines to ensure perfect functionality
• Monitor crop phenology, observing growth cycle details to ensure success
• Supervise bee activity during flowering to ensure optimal pollination processes

Requirements

• Degree in Agronomy, Biology, or related fields
• Full-time availability
• Valid driver's license (A1 or higher)
• Own vehicle (desirable)
• Basic computer skills for information management
• Residence in Chiclayo or surrounding areas
• Knowledge of beekeeping is valued
