Responsibilities

• Perform practical tests during driver recruitment
• Train drivers in the cabin, in classrooms, and on the yard
• Raise awareness among teams regarding safety best practices
• Ensure compliance with regulations (RSE, Labor Code, Highway Code, Transport)
• Monitor the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
• Monitor gestures and postures within the PRAP framework
• Support the continuous improvement of safety practices in the field

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience as a PL/SPL driver
• Mastery of safety and transport regulations
• Expertise in lashing techniques and PPE usage
• Knowledge of eco-driving practices
• Ability to train, test, and sensitize teams to safety
• Strong pedagogical and communication skills
• Rigor and autonomy in mission management
