Responsibilities
- Support daily living activities including shopping, meal preparation, and home maintenance
- Accompany residents in social and leisure activities to stimulate cognitive functions
- Coordinate house activities and daily life
- Create personalized educational relationships through individual support projects
Requirements
- Degree in Moniteur éducateur, DEAES, DEAMP, ADVF or equivalent
- Proven experience in supporting people with disabilities
- Valid driver's license (Permis B)
- Ability to work on a day/night rotation including 2 weekends per month
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
