Monetization Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyze user purchase behavior and identify opportunities to improve IAP revenue
• Monitor key monetization metrics including Conversion Rate, ARPPU, ARPU, LTV, Retention, and Subscription Renewal Rate
• Support optimization of pricing, paywalls, subscription offerings, bundles, and promotional campaigns
• Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests for pricing, purchase flows, and promotional offers
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to improve the purchase experience
• Develop dashboards and provide regular reporting on IAP performance
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify monetization opportunities
• Ensure compliance with Google Play Billing and Apple App Store billing policies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in mobile app monetization, product analytics, growth, or revenue optimization
• Experience analyzing in-app purchases, subscriptions, or digital commerce performance
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and SQL
• Experience with Firebase, GA4, AppsFlyer, Adjust, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar analytics platforms
• Experience with A/B testing and data-driven optimization
• Understanding of mobile subscription models and purchase funnels
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
