Monetization Analyst

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze advertising monetization performance across mobile applications
• Track and report key KPIs including eCPM, ARPDAU, ARPU, Fill Rate, Match Rate, and Ad LTV
• Identify opportunities to improve advertising revenue through data analysis
• Configure and optimize ad placements and mediation settings
• Execute A/B tests and analyze experiment results
• Develop dashboards and prepare regular performance reports
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams
• Research industry trends and competitor strategies
• Ensure advertising implementations comply with Google Play and App Store policies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, Marketing, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in mobile app monetization or digital advertising
• Experience with Google AdMob, AppLovin MAX, or LevelPlay
• Proficiency in Excel and SQL
• Familiarity with Firebase, GA4, AppsFlyer, or Adjust
• Understanding of mobile advertising formats and mediation concepts
• Experience conducting A/B testing
