Molecular Laboratory Analyst – Food

Responsibilities

• Perform PCR/RT analysis required in the laboratory, controlling and tracing the entire designated analysis process according to technical requirements
• Conduct analysis of food and hydrobiological product samples using predetermined techniques
• Protect the integrity of assigned test items, ensuring traceability and recording activities in the provided documents clearly and accurately
• Control critical analysis points through quality control of the method or technique performed
• Register completed analyses and enter data and results into the system, verifying sample consistency with obtained results

Requirements

• Degree and professional license in Biology, Microbiology, or related fields
• Minimum 4 years of experience performing molecular assays
• Basic knowledge of laboratory safety
• Availability to work rotating shifts
• Knowledge of ISO 17025 standard
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP)
