Molding Plastics Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate molding presses and perform job at the required production rate
• Inspect parts to identify common defects and ensure quality standards are met
• Make necessary adjustments to parts, such as cutting excess material or inserting clips
• Pack parts while ensuring quantity and quality meet standard requirements
• Follow all work instructions and maintain a safe, clean work environment
• Utilize company computer systems to scan information and track production
• Comply with departmental safety and environmental policies

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Proficient in mathematics and basic computer skills
• Ability to read and understand technical instructions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines
• High attention to detail and an organized approach to tasks
• Flexibility to work all shifts and overtime, including with little notice
• Physical ability to stand, grasp, reach, lift, carry, twist, and bend constantly/frequently

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of six months of previous manufacturing experience
