Molding Manufacturing Engineer 2

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve manufacturing processes, tools, and equipment to ensure reliable and efficient production.
• Monitor first-pass yields, perform process validations, and support new supplier process flows.
• Participate in FMEA, root cause analysis, CAPA, CIP programs, and NCRs.
• Execute project activities and apply cost analysis for new product expenditures while adhering to budgets.
• Build relationships with cross-functional teams and provide guidance and training to production operators.
• Implement cost reduction initiatives and apply lean manufacturing principles.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a Technical, Science, or Engineering discipline.
• 2–3 years of related work experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Experience with Visio, Project, SPC software, and CAD (creation and interpretation).
• Intermediate to advanced English language skills.
• Ability to provide technical support for the design and implementation of process improvements.
