Molding Machine Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate molding equipment and perform production activities in accordance with safety, quality, and GMP requirements
• Monitor product quality, equipment performance, and production output to ensure established standards are met
• Make authorized equipment adjustments to maintain process quality and productivity
• Perform in-process quality inspections, process testing, and requalification activities
• Complete all quality and production documentation accurately and in a timely manner
• Support product and equipment changeovers to minimize downtime
• Assist with equipment troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and minor repairs
• Maintain accurate SAP and MES transactions to document production, scrap, and quality data
• Maintain a clean, organized, and GMP-compliant work environment

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 2 years of industrial or manufacturing experience
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) on a rotating schedule that includes alternating weekends
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience operating molding, manufacturing, or automated production equipment
• Familiarity with GMP-regulated manufacturing environments
• Experience using manufacturing systems such as SAP and MES
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
