Molding Machine Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate molding equipment at or above established production standards
• Monitor operations continuously for product quality and equipment performance
• Perform in-process quality checks and accurately complete all required documentation
• Make authorized equipment adjustments to maintain process quality and productivity
• Assist with product or equipment changeovers and troubleshooting
• Maintain a neat and orderly work area in compliance with GMP requirements
• Record data accurately for reporting PPH, scrap/waste, and SAP/MES transactions
• Participate in continuous improvement activities such as Kaizens and Blitzes
• Cooperate with team members to ensure effective shift transfers and communication

Requirements

• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts (D-Shift)
• Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards
• High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred
• 2 years of industrial or manufacturing experience preferred
