Molding Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Provide daily direction to the entire molding team across three shifts to meet production, equipment, and administrative needs
• Perform equipment and Die preventive maintenance (PM) and support new model activities
• Coordinate with vendors for maintenance, repairs, and scheduled shutdown activities
• Manage administrative tasks including parts ordering, MRO requests, permanent part stocking, and ADP entries
• Schedule associates for daily, weekend, and shutdown coverage and assist management with employee evaluations
• Lead 6S activities and provide regular quality communications to upper management

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of related equipment maintenance experience in a plastic injection environment
• High school diploma or GED
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience using preventive maintenance software and Windows-based applications

Preferred Qualifications

• 2-year technical degree or technical certification related to machine maintenance
• 10 years of related equipment maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proven ability to lead small groups, provide direction, and perform root cause troubleshooting
