Molding Associate II

Responsibilities

• Manufacture moderately complex molded parts within cleanroom production suites
• Adhere to all aspects of the Quality Management System and Quality Policy
• Consistently achieve or exceed production quantity and quality expectations
• Accurately complete production paperwork to ensure traceability and compliance
• Manage time effectively to meet production deadlines and minimize downtime
• Properly handle, clean, and maintain molds and molding equipment
• Follow all procedures for the safe operation of tools and machinery

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2+ years of molding, production, or machine operation experience
• Proven ability to independently set up, operate, and troubleshoot molding equipment
• Strong working knowledge of precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for prolonged periods in a manufacturing environment
• Reliable transportation to the Clifton Park, NY location

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical or vocational training
• Experience with liquid injection molding
