Mold Design Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design curing mold components and associated tooling according to technical standards and customer requirements
• Create and maintain engineering drawings, design documentation, and bills of materials
• Ensure mold definitions comply with design guidelines and manufacturing constraints
• Support manufacturing teams with technical expertise and troubleshooting
• Analyze tooling performance and identify opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with product, manufacturing, and quality teams throughout the development process
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to mold and tooling design

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Tooling, or Industrial Engineering
• Experience in mechanical design, tooling design, mold design, or manufacturing engineering environments
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and engineering specifications
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Business proficiency in both Thai and English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CAD software such as CATIA, SolidWorks, Creo, or AutoCAD
• Knowledge of mold manufacturing, tooling processes, or industrial production environments
