MOE Teacher

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging lessons in Islamic Education, Arabic, Social Studies, or Moral Education aligned with the MOE curriculum.
• Create an inclusive and respectful classroom environment that promotes UAE values and cultural sensitivity.
• Utilize interactive, student-centered teaching methodologies to encourage critical thinking and active participation.
• Provide individualized support and differentiated instruction to meet diverse learning needs and language proficiencies.
• Integrate digital tools and educational technology to enhance learning experiences and promote digital literacy.
• Assess student progress through formative and summative assessments and provide timely feedback to students and parents.
• Maintain effective classroom management and promote student responsibility and respect.
• Collaborate with colleagues on interdisciplinary projects and participate in ongoing professional development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Education (specializing in Islamic Education, Arabic, Social Studies, or Moral Education) or a related field.
• Native Arabic speaker with proficiency in English.
• Proven teaching experience, preferably in a multicultural or UAE-based educational setting.
• Familiarity with the Ministry of Education (MOE) curriculum.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
• Ability to adapt to a multicultural environment and a passion for student development.
