Module Lead - Electromechanical Products

Responsibilities

• Work with functional leads to identify risks across engineering, process, operations, and service domains
• Prioritize and manage risk mitigation and resolution
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth squad operations
• Lead projects from proof of concept through to production and handover
• Manage squad budgets including R&D, Homologation, and Testing

Requirements

• 4 to 8 years of relevant experience
• Strong engineering fundamentals
• Proven experience in a full product development cycle from concept to production stabilization
• Experience building hardware products that reached customers
• Strong analytical mindset for data-driven decision making
• Experience in the EV ecosystem is a bonus
