About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own Module Integration for a specific group of steps within the process flow (FEOL, MOL, or BEOL)
  • Manage all systematic defect and device/parametric yield related issues for assigned steps
  • Lead projects to cure technology systematics or improve detection capabilities
  • Manage critical dimension targeting and variation control within the module
  • Review yield, cost, and throughput related process changes at the Change Control Board
  • Provide yield risk assessment and failure modeling for factory incidents at the Material Review Board

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in Process/Module Integration or Yield Engineering within semiconductor manufacturing
  • Advanced understanding of overall process flow and the interactions between process, yield, product performance, and reliability
  • Expertise in Project Management, DOE generation, and data analysis
  • Proficiency in data analysis software such as JMP or Spotfire

Preferred Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience or specific experience with FINFET technology
  • Prior knowledge in fab unit processes including Lithography, Etch, Diffusion, Thin Films Deposition, Wet Cleans, or CMP
