Module Design Architect

Responsibilities

• Lead NPI definition for next-generation multi-phase AI power module products
• Partner with cross-functional teams including mechanical, software, and systems engineering to align on thermal and power requirements
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with organizational objectives
• Present product updates and proposals to senior management and key stakeholders
• Collaborate with internal and external manufacturing partners to prototype designs and transition them into production
• Manage engineering samples and ensure proper governance through NPI planning gates and readiness reviews
• Act as the single point of coordination across Product Line Management, Design Engineering, Quality, Packaging, and manufacturing teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s degree preferred)
• 10+ years of experience in product management or product definition within power electronics or infrastructure markets
• 3+ years of experience working within power module engineering teams
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels
