Module/Department Manager (Implant/RTP/Laser Anneal)

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end responsibility for key production metrics including Yield, OEE, Cycle Time, and WIP performance
• Lead and develop a team of approximately 15 engineers and technicians in a shift and continuous operation environment
• Manage and optimize production processes for Frontside & Backside Implantation, RTP (Rapid Thermal Processing), and Laser Annealing
• Ensure stable process and equipment performance using modern methodologies such as SPC, FDC, OCAP, and APC
• Plan and execute process qualifications using DoE, FMEA, and Control Plans to drive industrialization and optimization
• Oversee capacity and resource planning, including active bottleneck and constraint management to ensure on-time delivery
• Maintain strict compliance with safety and regulatory requirements regarding toxic gases, high voltage, and radiation
• Collaborate closely with Production, Engineering, Maintenance, and Quality departments

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of professional experience in semiconductor manufacturing
• Deep expertise in implant, RTP, or comparable thermal processes
• Strong technical knowledge of process and equipment engineering in highly automated environments
• Proficiency in statistical and quality methodologies including SPC, APC, FDC, 8D, FMEA, and DoE
• Proven experience managing complex KPIs such as Yield, OEE, and Cycle Time
• Fluent German and very good English communication skills
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and leadership abilities in a dynamic production setting
