Modular Specialist - Category Advising

Responsibilities

• Develop visual merchandising recommendations and draw modulars/plan-o-grams using Blue Yonder Space Planning software.
• Present licensed products in cohesive, easy-to-understand collections that tell a compelling story to consumers.
• Deliver timely, clear, and complete space planning designs that align with traited stores.
• Proactively update displays to promote new products, seasonal programs, or special feature offerings.
• Create efficient processes to streamline merchandising and store set-up.
• Collaborate with team members to provide professional modular recommendations across the sports licensed product category.

Requirements

• Associate Arts or Bachelor’s degree.
• 3–5 years of experience in merchandising, plan-o-gram development, and presentation with high modular and SKU counts.
• Advanced proficiency in Blue Yonder Space Planning.
• Proficiency in JDA Space Planning, Adobe InDesign, and Photoshop.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a high-performance environment and meet strict deadlines.
• Ability to work onsite in Bentonville, AR, with limited travel (less than 5%).
