Modern Workplace Functional Analyst

Responsibilities

• Design, build, deploy, and support modern workplace solutions across Microsoft 365, including SharePoint, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), Teams, and Dynamics
• Deliver end-to-end project work, acting as the functional SME while collaborating with architects, security, cloud, data, and delivery teams
• Provide tier 1–2 support for existing M365 solutions and legacy applications to resolve complex issues
• Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define problems, and document use cases
• Contribute to platform roadmap planning and evaluate new AI capabilities
• Create documentation, training materials, and deliver adoption and change activities to enable effective technology use

Requirements

• Tertiary qualifications in IT or a related discipline
• Microsoft Certifications related to Microsoft 365 Business Applications
• Experience delivering project work, ideally within a formal or hybrid delivery methodology
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence without authority
• Experience supporting and training end users with varying levels of technical capability
• A consultative approach to understanding business problems and designing fit-for-purpose solutions
