Modern Workplace Engineer

Responsibilities

• Administer and evolve Windows workstations via Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and Modern Workplace tools
• Define, deploy, and maintain configuration, security, and compliance policies
• Perform complex application packaging (Win32, MSI, MSIX) and mass deployments via Intune
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell
• Monitor deployments, analyze incidents, and handle level 2 and 3 support requests
• Manage patch management and Windows updates to reduce technical debt
• Participate in proactive supervision and operational maintenance of user environments
• Document procedures and contribute to the team's knowledge base

Requirements

• Solid experience as a Workstation Engineer with mastery of modern Microsoft environments
• Autonomy in Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager and workstation administration
• Expertise in complex application packaging (Win32, PowerShell, dependencies, troubleshooting)
• Proficiency in Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365
• Operational English is appreciated
