Modern Workplace Consultant

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support modern workplace solutions for regional and international clients.
• Collaborate with consultants, architects, and product managers to understand client needs and deliver solutions that improve productivity, sustainability, and security.
• Guide and coach junior engineers to foster professional growth within the team.
• Stay updated on the latest technology trends and contribute to the development of company value propositions.
• Deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure digital experiences using Microsoft technologies.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience designing, implementing, and supporting Microsoft Modern Workplace solutions.
• Deep understanding of cloud computing, mobility, collaboration, security, and compliance.
• Proven track record of delivering scalable solutions that create business value.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• A strong passion for continuous learning and innovation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert.
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate.
• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert.
