About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver individual and group instruction to students with moderate to severe special needs
- Design individualized curriculum and write education plans
- Collect and evaluate student data
- Implement comprehensive behavior support plans
- Serve as IEP team chair for a small caseload
- Coordinate related services and train paraprofessionals
- Collaborate with specialists and personnel to ensure student support
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in special education
- Special education teaching license
- Working knowledge of federal and state special education laws
- Experience with ABA and working with children with autism and developmental delays
- Ability to start in July 2025
