Modeling, Simulation, and Analysis (MS&A) Engineer SME

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to integrate Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), digital twins, and advanced simulation tools into engineering workflows.
• Lead the evaluation, selection, and deployment of digital engineering platforms and technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align engineering initiatives with organizational goals.
• Provide mentorship and training to engineering teams to enhance digital engineering proficiency.
• Establish and enforce best practices, standards, and processes for systems engineering and digital engineering.
• Document and deliver simulation results, technical approaches, and process insights to program stakeholders and mission partners.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in Modeling, Simulation, and Analysis (MS&A) for high-fidelity mission-critical operations.
• Proficiency in AFSIM, MATLAB, Python, or other advanced simulation tools.
• Expertise in systems design, lifecycle analysis, and probabilistic reasoning frameworks.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Research, Systems Analysis, Physics, or a related technical field.
• Active TS/SCI clearance is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant technical field.
• Familiarity with data-driven digital engineering methodologies, including simulation readiness, DevSecOps workflows, and secure data pipelines.
