Modeling Simulation & Analysis Engineer I

Responsibilities

• Execute and analyze simulations in high-performance computing environments, including the use of GPUs, to support missile system design and performance assessment
• Develop data analysis to provide insight into system performance and troubleshoot anomalies in simulation results
• Perform rigorous verification and validation of solutions using data from various sources, including system-level flight testing

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related STEM field
• Experience applying object-oriented software design in C++ or C
• Proficiency using MATLAB or Python for the evaluation of data sets
• Experience developing or simulating physical systems or performing statistical analysis
• Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance
• U.S. citizenship is required

Preferred Qualifications

• 3.0 cumulative GPA or higher
• Proficiency in Linux or Unix environments
• Coursework in radar, signal & image processing, digital communications, control theories, or electro optics
• Knowledge of physics and random variables applied to engineering problems
