Modeling Lead

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the Global HEVA Economic Modeling group regarding the developmental and in-line product portfolio.
• Design and implement cost-effectiveness and budget impact models to evaluate the economic impact of healthcare interventions.
• Support market access strategies by ensuring the timely availability of complex clinical and economic models for payers.
• Conduct 'what-if' modeling to support product strategy and development decisions.
• Manage external vendors and be accountable for the development and validation of modeling work.
• Communicate complex health economics concepts to cross-functional teams and non-expert audiences with clarity and impact.
• Lead the Economic Platform workstream and provide guidance to individual markets for model adaptation.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Statistics and/or Health Economics.
• At least 5 years of experience in HEOR disciplines, including data analysis and health economic methodology.
• Proven experience in the design and execution of state-of-the-art mathematical modeling techniques.
• Documented track record of delivering cost-effectiveness and budget impact models to support reimbursement and access.
• Experience working across multiple therapeutic areas, including rare diseases.
• Fluency in English, both written and oral.

Preferred Qualifications

• PhD in Economics, Health Economics, (Pharmaco)epidemiology, or a related field.
• Additional degree in Public Health.
• Experience in early-stage modeling to support portfolio strategy and pricing.
