Model-Based Systems Engineer IV/V

Responsibilities

• Create and manage system models through Cameo Systems Modeler and Simulink
• Define and enhance system requirements using MBSE methodologies
• Prototype and engineer system solutions
• Conduct comprehensive subsystem and system testing
• Analyze data and troubleshoot challenges
• Participate in design evaluations and technical gatherings
• Engage with diverse teams to ensure seamless system synergy

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or equivalent
• Extensive proficiency in Cameo Systems Modeler
• 4-10 years of hands-on experience in model-based systems engineering
• Expertise in unmanned systems, aircraft, and/or munitions
• Ability to lead and guide junior staff
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Practical hands-on experience (e.g., design/build/fly, RC aircraft, pilot)
• Collaborative team player
• Adaptability in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
