About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic and tactical sales plans for the Ultrasound product portfolio across the META region
  • Manage and develop a team of Modality Sales Specialists to achieve organizational goals and sales targets
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in collaboration with Partner and Key Account Teams
  • Drive Annual Operating Plan (AOP) attainment and provide precise monthly business forecasting
  • Maintain accurate CRM records to track customer interactions, sales data, and engagement
  • Partner with Marketing to provide strategic input on pricing, sales tools, and competitive threats
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to provide strategic feedback to the organization
  • Drive continuous improvement through Lean methodologies to optimize sales processes and operational efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and Philips company policies

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of commercial experience, specifically within the Ultrasound business
  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams
  • Strong financial acumen and expertise in CRM systems
  • Deep knowledge of AI and IT applications within the medical technology field
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management, or an equivalent field
  • Strong collaboration and influencing skills with the ability to work effectively in a virtual environment
  • Ability to travel extensively across the Middle East, Turkey, and Africa (META)
