Mobility Engineer

Responsibilities

• Engineer, manage, and maintain a large fleet of iOS and Android devices
• Improve, automate, and standardize corporately owned and BYOD-managed devices
• Develop and maintain scripts and optimize MDM systems
• Architect integrations to meet stakeholder requirements
• Collaborate globally to resolve issues, deploy updates, and enhance systems
• Perform root cause analysis and document problem resolutions

Requirements

• 3+ years of engineering experience with MDM/UEM environments
• Experience managing iOS and Android devices
• Demonstrated experience with automation and scripting
• Proficiency with MDM platforms such as Intune, Jamf Pro, or Workspace One
• Experience managing Apple device lifecycles using Apple Business Manager
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
• Fluency in English
