Mobile/Web Architect

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and architecture of the mobile application using React Native
• Implement the 90-second job posting flow, AI matching engine, and interview scheduling
• Integrate the front-end with a fully API-based backend utilizing GCP and PostgreSQL
• Enforce high performance standards, including page loads under 2 seconds
• Work with the design system to ensure aesthetic consistency
• Implement mobile-specific features like Swipe Actions, Voice Notes, and Commute Mode
• Ensure application accessibility and compliance with WCAG 2.1 AA and RTL support for Arabic

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development
• Strong background in architecting and shipping production-ready React Native applications
• Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript
• Experience with modern state management patterns
• Expertise in mobile performance optimization, network latency handling, and caching strategies
• Demonstrated ability to integrate complex applications with robust API-based backends

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services
• Direct experience implementing and maintaining full RTL (Right-to-Left) support for Arabic
• Experience translating high-fidelity Figma designs into performant code
