Mobile Threat Analyst

Responsibilities

• Conduct forensic examinations of mobile devices including Android and iOS
• Perform mobile application assessments to identify malicious code and data exfiltration
• Analyze mobile threat data from classified and open-source resources
• Report on unique attack vectors and emerging cyber threats in mobile ecosystems
• Assess the cyber threat environment for U.S. missions worldwide
• Utilize forensic tools such as Cellebrite and Magnet
• Collaborate with law enforcement and legal experts on digital evidence preservation
• Travel to domestic and overseas locations for operational briefings

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 9 years of relevant experience (or 7 years with Master's, or 4 years with PhD)
• Relevant certification such as CASP+, CISSP, CEH, or CySA+
• Demonstrated experience in mobile device forensic acquisitions
• Experience analyzing forensic images and mobile applications for indicators of compromise
• Ability to develop detailed technical reports for non-technical audiences
• U.S. citizenship required
• Active Top Secret security clearance
