About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform complex technical diagnostics on heavy vehicle ranges.
- Analyze complex technical issues reported by clients and configure fault data for internal technical services.
- Act as a technical expert for new energy vehicles, specifically electric and gas-powered (Natural Gas) models.
- Provide on-site troubleshooting and resolution of malfunctions at client sites and dealerships.
- Prioritize technical files in collaboration with the technical support team.
- Conduct weekly reporting by sector, workshop, and client.
- Identify and report new technical issues to the Quality department to reduce vehicle downtime.
Requirements
- Technical degree (Bac +2 or +3) in fields such as Mechatronics or Automotive Maintenance.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in heavy vehicle after-sales (Industrial, Agricultural, or Public Works vehicles).
- Strong technical skills in electricity, gas, and embedded electronic architectures.
- Solid understanding of mechanical and pneumatic vehicle systems.
- Ability to work autonomously using technical documentation, repair manuals, and knowledge bases.
- Valid driver's license (Permis B) for travel across France in a dedicated service van.
