Responsibilities

  • Handle incidents escalated by N1 support
  • Resolve mobility issues including Android, mobile messaging, VPN, Wi-Fi, authentication, and business applications
  • Administer MDM solutions and user configurations
  • Participate in deployment projects and mobile service evolution
  • Write and maintain technical documentation and procedures

Requirements

  • Minimum Bac+2 in Computer Science
  • Proven experience in N2 user support
  • Mastery of Android and MDM solutions (Intune, Workspace ONE, MobileIron, etc.)
  • Fluent English is mandatory
  • Strong service orientation, autonomy, and communication skills
