Mobile Software Engineer (React Native)

Responsibilities

• Build pixel-perfect, high-performance UIs for iOS and Android using React Native
• Architect and develop reusable, scalable UI components
• Optimize application performance, reliability, and maintainability
• Leverage native APIs for deep platform integrations
• Debug and resolve performance bottlenecks and production issues
• Write clean, well-documented code and maintain automated test coverage
• Partner with product and design teams to deliver innovative mobile experiences

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with React and/or React Native
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript (ES6+)
• Experience with native build tools such as Xcode and CocoaPods
• Knowledge of automated testing frameworks (Jest, Appium, Playwright)
• Understanding of mobile performance, memory management, and multithreading

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Shopify APIs, GraphQL, or Firebase
• Exposure to native development with Swift and/or Kotlin
• Experience with App Store and Google Play publishing processes
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and mobile automation infrastructure
