About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide field operations and event coordination support for decentralized operations and clinical studies
  • Manage, transport, and organize various supplies, including clinical, operational, and fleet-based items
  • Handle inventory loading and unloading, including oversized and heavy items
  • Troubleshoot basic vehicle and equipment issues using mechanical aptitude
  • Generate reports to manage business assets, equipment, inventory, and financials
  • Organize vehicle interiors to optimize usability and functionality
  • Utilize Excel and inventory management software to support operational activities
  • Travel extensively, including extended periods on the road, weekends, and holidays

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Current driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Experience working in Healthcare or Operations
  • Ability to travel up to 100% of the time
  • Ability to drive trucks over long distances for several days
  • Mechanical or technical aptitude for troubleshooting basic vehicle issues
  • Strong professional verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
  • Professional truck driving experience without violations
  • Over-the-Road (OTR) driving experience
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
