About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide field operations and event coordination support for decentralized operations and clinical studies
- Manage, transport, and organize various supplies, including clinical, operational, and fleet-based items
- Handle inventory loading and unloading, including oversized and heavy items
- Perform basic technical and mechanical troubleshooting for vehicles to resolve issues proactively
- Organize vehicle interiors to optimize usability and functionality
- Generate reports to manage business assets, including equipment, inventory, and financials
- Utilize Excel and inventory management software to support operational activities
- Travel extensively, including extended periods on the road, weekends, and holidays
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Current driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Experience working in Healthcare or Operations
- Ability to travel 100% of the time, including long-distance driving for several days
- Technical or mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot basic vehicle issues
- Ability to communicate professionally in both verbal and written formats
Preferred Qualifications
- Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
- Professional truck driving experience without violations
- Over-the-Road (OTR) driving experience
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
