Mobile Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Travel throughout the assigned territory to perform tool repairs, calibrations, and technical consultations.
• Troubleshoot and maintain mechanical, hydraulic, and manual tools, pumps, and equipment.
• Build and maintain customer relationships while identifying new business opportunities through cold-calling.
• Manage inventory of parts and equipment, ensuring accurate records and availability.
• Provide technical training to customers regarding tool operation and maintenance.
• Complete all necessary paperwork for repairs and calibrations and provide regular activity reports to the Branch Manager.
• Ensure the service vehicle is maintained and conforms to all safety standards.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of hands-on mechanical or technical experience.
• Clean and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift or move up to 75 pounds.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Access to a safe, preferably covered, space near your home to park the service van overnight.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven track record in customer service and satisfaction.
• Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated mindset with a drive to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
