Mobile Service Technician Doors/Gates

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for multiple properties in the assigned area, including regular inspections and rounds
• Perform minor repairs and manual tasks such as light bulb replacement, small installations, door/window adjustments, and simple plumbing work
• Monitor building technology, including ventilation, heating, and security systems, and report malfunctions
• Supervise external service providers (e.g., cleaning or maintenance companies) and perform quality control
• Document all completed work, reports, and malfunctions using digital systems
• Support winter services, outdoor area maintenance, and general property cleanliness
• Act as a service-oriented contact person for tenants, owners, and internal colleagues

Requirements

• Completed technical or craft vocational training (e.g., electrician, plant mechanic, locksmith, handyman, or similar) or several years of experience in technical building management
• Versatile manual dexterity and basic knowledge of building technology
• Independent, reliable working style and a professional demeanor
• Service-oriented and customer-focused mindset
• Valid Class B driving license and willingness to work mobile/on-site
• Basic proficiency in using digital tools (e.g., smartphone apps for documentation)
