Mobile Service Field Specialist

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for Mobile Service implementation, sales, operations, and workflow process mapping
• Deliver technical and non-technical training at dealerships and virtually
• Instruct technicians on vehicle lifting, oil extraction, and checkup procedures
• Teach customer rapport, active listening, and high-integrity sales techniques
• Assist dealership management with go-to-market plans and KPI monitoring
• Develop parts stocking strategies for mobile units
• Support recruitment and retention of Mobile Service technicians and coordinators

Requirements

• 3+ years of customer-facing experience in the automotive industry
• High School diploma (Bachelor's degree preferred)
• Ability to travel 80% of the time (driving and flying)
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including bending, crouching, and crawling under vehicles
• Ability to work in outdoor environments and varied weather conditions
• Ability to lift and move equipment weighing 10-50 lbs

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years of experience in the automotive industry (aftermarket or dealership preferred)
• Exceptional public speaking and presentation skills
• Extensive experience in automotive training and facilitation
• Knowledge of automotive service tools, equipment, and parts operations
