About the role

Responsibilities

  • Serve as Subject Matter Expert for Mobile Service implementation, sales, operations, and workflow process mapping
  • Deliver technical and non-technical training at dealerships and virtually, covering vehicle service, repair procedures, and demand generation
  • Instruct technicians on proper vehicle lifting, oil extraction, and vehicle checkup processes
  • Teach customer rapport building, active listening, and high-integrity sales techniques
  • Assist dealership management with the development and execution of go-to-market plans
  • Monitor territory KPIs and provide counsel to dealership management to achieve sales targets
  • Develop parts stocking strategies to support mobile service operations
  • Assist in recruiting and retaining Mobile Service Technicians and Coordinators

Requirements

  • 3+ years of customer-facing experience in the automotive industry
  • High School diploma (Bachelor's degree preferred)
  • Ability to travel 80-85% of the time, including driving and flying
  • Physical ability to perform demanding field work, including standing, bending, crouching, and crawling under vehicles
  • Ability to work in outdoor environments with varied temperatures and inclement weather
  • Knowledge of automotive service tools, equipment, and basic automotive systems
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years of experience in the automotive industry, specifically in aftermarket, dealership, or retail environments
  • Exceptional public speaking and presentation skills
  • Proven record of accomplishment in program leadership
