Mobile Repair Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site repairs of Samsung smartphones and tablets at customer locations using a fully equipped mobile repair van
• Diagnose device faults and execute quality-controlled repairs using Samsung original parts and certified tools
• Provide professional and customer-oriented communication during service appointments
• Manage daily vehicle checks and maintain accurate inventory of incoming and outgoing spare parts
• Adhere to Samsung HomeFix service standards, data protection, and information security protocols
• Maintain precise repair documentation and administrative records

Requirements

• Resident in the greater Munich/Augsburg area (or willing to relocate at your own expense)
• Valid Category B driving licence recognized in Germany
• Hands-on experience repairing smartphones, tablets, or similar small electronics
• Fluency in German for daily customer interaction; English proficiency for internal communication
• Ability to work independently and self-organize while operating a mobile workshop
• Valid EU work authorisation
