Mobile Repair Technician

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer locations within your assigned region to repair mobile phones and tablets
• Perform high-quality technical repairs using a fully equipped, ESD-compliant workshop van
• Diagnose device faults and carry out necessary repairs to warranty-approved standards
• Conduct quality control using Samsung and Apple enhanced software
• Provide excellent face-to-face customer service during onsite visits
• Adhere to data protection and information security policies to protect customer information

Requirements

• Must live within the local recruitment area
• Full clean driving licence
• Age 21 or over (for insurance purposes)
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• A passion for technology and customer service

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in technology or mobile device repair
