Mobile Repair Technician

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer locations within your assigned region to repair smartphones and tablets
• Perform high-quality technical repairs using a fully equipped, ESD-compliant workshop van
• Diagnose device faults and carry out necessary repairs to warranty-approved standards
• Utilize Samsung and Apple enhanced software for device quality control
• Provide excellent face-to-face customer service during onsite visits
• Adhere to strict data protection and information security policies regarding customer data

Requirements

• Must reside in the local recruitment area
• Full clean driving licence
• Age 21 or over (for insurance purposes)
• Outstanding communication skills and a passion for technology
• Experience repairing technical items is desirable
