Mobile Phlebotomist

Responsibilities

• Provide routine health services including blood draws, vital signs, and heart/lung tones directly in patients' homes
• Manage daily schedules and patient information using modern mobile technology and HIPAA-secure messaging
• Ensure all medical supplies and PPE are prepared and available for each patient visit
• Collect and label specimens accurately and coordinate drop-offs to appropriate labs or shipment facilities
• Deliver a compassionate, professional, and high-quality healthcare experience to patients of all ages

Requirements

• Prior experience as a professional phlebotomist
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• Valid Driver’s License and current vehicle insurance
• Reliable personal transportation to travel to patient homes
• Ability to navigate patient homes, including climbing stairs and carrying up to 20 pounds
• Technologically savvy with comfort using mobile devices for charting
• Required vaccinations: COVID (including booster), MMR, Hep B, Varicella, TB (within past year), Flu, and TDaP
• Ability to pass a national background check, DMV check, and clinical license search
