Mobile Phlebotomist

Responsibilities

• Provide routine health services, including blood draws and vitals, directly to patients' homes
• Ensure all proper supplies and PPE are prepared for daily patient care
• Use mobile technology to access schedules and perform digital charting
• Collect specimen samples, vital signs, and heart/lung tones with high accuracy
• Label all collected samples properly and coordinate drop-off to labs or shipment facilities
• Maintain a warm, professional, and compassionate connection with patients of all ages

Requirements

• Prior experience as a phlebotomist
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• Valid Driver’s License and current vehicle insurance
• Reliable personal transportation to travel to patient homes
• Ability to physically navigate patient homes, including climbing stairs and carrying up to 20 pounds
• Ability to pass national background checks, DMV checks, and clinical license searches
• Required vaccinations: COVID (including booster), MMR, Hep B, Varicella, TB (within past year), Flu, and TDaP

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a high-growth startup environment
• Proficiency with mobile devices and HIPAA-secure messaging applications
• Strong independent problem-solving skills and ability to work with minimal supervision
