Sprinter Health is a boots-on-the-ground clinician network for the telehealth age, bringing routine health services such as blood draws and vitals directly to the patient’s home.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all proper supplies and PPE are available for patient care
• Access daily schedules using modern mobile technology
• Establish warm and welcoming connections with patients of all ages
• Collect relevant information including specimen collection, vital signs, and heart and lung tones
• Perform expert phlebotomy to collect blood samples comfortably
• Label samples properly and coordinate drop-off to labs or shipment facilities

Requirements

• Prior experience as a phlebotomist
• Reliable transportation and use of own vehicle for travel
• Ability to physically navigate patient homes, including climbing stairs and carrying up to 20 pounds
• Technologically savvy with mobile devices and HIPAA secure messaging apps
• Basic Life Support Certification
• Valid Driver’s License and current vehicle insurance
• Ability to pass national background check and DMV check
• Proof of required vaccinations (COVID+ booster, MMR, Hep B, Varicella, TB, Flu, TDaP)
• Transcript of Program Graduation
