Mobile Phlebotomist

Responsibilities

• Provide routine health services, including blood draws and vitals, directly to patients' homes
• Prepare all necessary supplies and PPE for daily patient visits
• Use mobile technology to access schedules and perform digital charting
• Collect specimen samples, vital signs, and heart/lung tones with high accuracy
• Ensure all collected samples are properly labeled and coordinated for lab drop-off or shipment
• Maintain a warm, professional, and compassionate connection with patients of all ages

Requirements

• Prior experience as a phlebotomist
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• Valid Driver’s License and current vehicle insurance
• Reliable personal transportation to travel to patient homes
• Ability to navigate patient homes, including climbing stairs and carrying up to 20 pounds
• Required vaccinations: COVID (including booster), MMR, Hep B, Varicella, TB (within past year), Flu, and TDaP
• Ability to pass a national background check and DMV check
• Strong communication skills and comfort using mobile devices for HIPAA-secure messaging
