Mobile Mentor Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multiple OSHC services across Ringwood, Mitcham, Vermont, and Cranbourne
• Create and deliver dynamic, child-centered programs including STEM, sports, cooking, and arts
• Manage team rosters, day-to-day operations, compliance, and administrative tasks
• Travel between sites to support service delivery and mentor educators

Requirements

• VIC Diploma-level qualification (working towards or completed) per ACECQA requirements
• Current state working-with-children check and national police check (or willingness to obtain)
• Australian working rights
• Completion of National Child Safety Training prior to onboarding
• Proven natural leadership and ability to guide a team
