Mobile Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs across multiple properties, including preventative maintenance, plumbing, basic electrical, and HVAC troubleshooting
• Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA, NEC, NFPA, and company standards
• Conduct property inspections, maintain equipment logs, and report deficiencies
• Address unscheduled maintenance calls and tenant comfort requests
• Monitor service contractors and collaborate with property managers and engineers
• Travel between sites using company vehicles to complete repairs and inspections

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Technical or vocational training and/or 1-2 years of experience in HVAC, electrical, mechanical, or plumbing
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Engineering and trade licenses as required by local, state, or national regulations
• Basic computer skills for work order systems and Microsoft Outlook
• Familiarity with blueprints, code requirements, and fire/life safety procedures
• Ability to read and write English
• Ability to work after hours, weekends, holidays, and during emergencies
